LIMESTONE LUMPS

Lime stone or chemically CaCo3 is amongst the most useful minerals due to many industrial uses and its use in construction, it is the most essential recipe component of Portland Cement (Concrete), used as aggregate for laying roads, used in production of toothpaste, paints, lime etc.

LIMESTONE DEPOSITS IN PAKISTAN :

Pakistan is widely blessed with Limestone deposits, distributed in all four provinces . In Punjab it is found in the Potwar plateau and salt range mainly near Khewra , Dandot , Dandkhel , Rawalpindi and D.G Khan . In KPK province Limestone is found near Nowshera and Kohat . In Baluchistan it is found in Harnai . In Sindh Limestone is found at Kot Deji Hills near Rohri in upper Sind , at Ganjo takkar Hills near Hyderabad , at Mango pir and Murli Hills near Karachi .

MARNITE INDUSTRIES , operating own mine in Jumshahi -Sindh ( near Karachi ) and extracting high quality Limestone with minimum CaCo3 95% .

We are currently extracting 1200 mt per day but have capacity to increase extraction upto 3500 mt per day . Our Monthly export capacity is 60,000 Mt to 100,000 Mt .

Fluorspar

FLUORSPAR ,also known as Fluorite or CaF2 is one of the nonmetallic minerals, proportionally consist of Calcium & fluorine 51,1 to 48.9 respectively. It is an industrial mineral which is widely used as a metallurgical flux in steel making , manufacturing of opalescent glass , sanitary, enameled ware and chemical manufacturing.

FLUORSPAR IN PAKISTAN

In the provinces of Baluchistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, there is overwhelming deposits of Fluorspar and more deposits expected to be discovered in KPK province in near future.

Main mining areas in Baluchistan are in Kalat district; Maran & pad Maran . In KPK province,kohat basin,Sulaiman basin and Hazara zone are main mining areas .

At MARNITE INDUSTRIES,we procure Fluorspar lumps from both provinces , and maintain a stock of 500 to 1000 mt at our Karachi warehouse , therefore we have an established and regular supply chain of this mineral and capacity for monthly export upto 5000-7000 mt. In Karachi warehouse it is processed ( crushing , sieving , grading) as per buyers’ requirement and prepared for Inspection / shipment .

Chrome Ore

Chrome ore is one of the most usefull mineral due to its usage in production of metallic chromium, used as an alloying ingredient in stainless and tool steels. Chromite is also used as refectory material due to its high heat stability.

CHROMIUM ORE IN PAKISTAN

Pakistan is rich with overwhelming deposits of high quality chromium ore in areas of Muslim bagh Baluchistan Province and Besham, Bajaur, Shangla and Malakand areas of KPK Province.
Pakistan’s chromium quality is considered to be amongst the best in the world due to ore size and its Cr:Fe ration .

Marnite Industries, with vast experience of its owners in the fields of Mining stepped into the chromium export business with the help of indigenous partners in chrome rich areas. We are extracting and procuring from the mines in Muslim bagh, Khanozai areas of Balochistan and have capacity to export upto 10,000 mt per month.
